If you would like to make an Access to Public Records Act (APRA) request for documents maintained by the Warwick Sewer Authority, view a copy of the City of Warwick’s APRA request form. The policy of the City of Warwick is that this form be filed with the office of the City Clerk. The Clerk’s office will then forward the request to the appropriate department for response.
